Sunday at 3 pm, First Congregational will meet at St. Michael’s Episcopal, 1601 W. Imhoff Road.  As part of the continuing Summer Pulpit Series, Mark Griffin, Ph.D. will be the guest speaker. His sermon will be, “Faith After Fundamentalism: Augustine, Bridges and a Garden of Forking Paths.”  For the service, music will be provided by Mary Sallee, pianist and Kiegan Ryan, cellist.  Louise Whitaker will serve as liturgist. Dr. Griffin is professor of modern languages at Oklahoma City University, and the author of “Living on the Borders: What the Church Can Learn from Ethnic Immigrant Cultures.” He is also a documentarist, having co-produced, “Here for Good.” Attend in person or watch on YouTube via the website, normanucc.org.
